Welcome to Your True North, LLC. My name is Diane Hoekstra and I am a seasoned therapist who combines traditional talk therapy with Somatic Psychotherapy and Intuitive work. I provide psychotherapy services in-person and online and I can see clients via telelheath virtually nationwide.

I work with men and women who are searching for their identity, purpose and the life they truly want.  

With a client's consent, I invite spiritual exploration and teach them how to develop their own in-born intuition. My goal is to help clients become aware of their internal experience, to listen deeply to their own wisdom and to make the changes they want to make in their lives.  I believe we live in a coherent universe that is supporting us and that we are here to learn, heal, grow and become who we are truly meant to be at our core.
